How can I check the status of my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that you can use on our website. If you need further assistance, please contact us via our contact page.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow up to 72 hours for us to process and ship your order. Our fulfillment centers are located worldwide. For domestic orders, it usually takes about 2-3 weeks.
Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors because we have direct relationships with our suppliers who ship directly to the customer! The downside to this is slightly longer delivery times, although we do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most major countries worldwide.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been sent to your email, simply go to our website and click on the "Track your order" page. From there, you will receive live updates on your order.
Can I cancel my order after I have already paid?
Once we have dispatched your product, you will not be able to cancel your order. However, once you have received it, you can return it and receive a refund. Please see our full refund policy for more details.
